Hands on

Hands on the chair
and all of a sudden
you are there

while energy is flowing,
sense – your back is growing
in width as well as in  length

and you may feel your strength
as lightness

Doing

How do you do!
How do you do?
Thank you, fine!
What do you do?
I don’t, I do the non-doing

How do you do the non-doing?
I don’t, because that would be doing

How do you do the Work?
I don’t know, just not doing

My awareness
is fed by the blue heights

it makes me wait for
a single thought,
big enough
to confirm: I do exist
